Since we opened our ice cream parlour in Barcelona, we’ve always been committed to making 100% artisanal ice creams, using top quality ingredients and making the most of all the seasonal products that local farmers have to offer. And so, every time you visit us you’ll sure find new ice cream and sorbet flavours and home-made sweets prepared daily at our production laboratory. We have brought the best Italian ice creams from our city of origin: San Remo. In this tinny coastal town we learned to love this trade so that we can now make the best ice cream in Barcelona.
Here we work with km.0 products, primarily organic, and from small local producers, to offer you the highest quality while taking care of the environment. There are excellent raw materials in Catalonia, which are essential to create good quality ice cream. Some years after our opening, we were chosen among the best ice cream parlours in Barcelona, something we couldn’t be more prouf of.
The artisanal ice cream we make every day is the result of the work and care that our entire team puts into each recipe. Whether you are a cone or a cup person, in our ice cream shop (located at Carrer Séneca, 18. Barcelona), a great variety of ice creams and sorbets always awaits you. From classic flavours such as Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, Km.0 Lleida Pistachio or local Maresme strawberry, to more innovative ones such as truffled cheese, spicy dark chocolate with chili Habanero, smoked goat’s cheese with beetrot and orange zest or spanish pine nuts infusioned with pine cones and leaves.
