Strawberries in spring, melor or watermelon in summer, pumpkin or figs in autumn, citrus fruits in winter … We buy our ringredients in local markets, selecting the best fruits (and vegetables, sometimes) at their perfect moment of ripeness. Good ice cream always starts with good ingredients!
Working with seasonal ice cream allows us to be in constant innovation and to think of new flavours each month that may surprise you. We like our ice cream parlour to be alive, in constant change and always offering something different, so you want to return! If you come at Christmas, you will find winter flavours such as Panettone, Tiramisú or tangerine; if summer, you’ll be able to taste more refreshing ice creams to keep up with the heat such as sorbets with cherries, melon or pineapple; and if you come on Halloween, you will surely find some terrifying surprise.
