From Italy to Barcelona\u2026 10 Years Later<\/h2>\n

What started in 2016 as the dream of a group of Italian friends has grown into something much bigger. Today, Paral\u00b7lelo is an international team united by the same obsession: making the best possible artisanal gelato.<\/p>\n

Marco and Francesco are still at the helm, but Paral\u00b7lelo\u2019s identity is built by every person who is part of the project. We come from different countries, cultures and backgrounds, and each of us brings our own perspective, creativity and high standards to every process. We also work with local suppliers, colleagues, friends and customers who help us grow and improve every day.<\/p>\n

And what characterizes and represents our work philosophy is, as a matter of fact, this ambivalence, this double look of respect and devotion towards artisanal ice cream world, but also of desire for revolution, desire to change the status quo, to take, ultimately, a step further.<\/p>\n

Early every day, we start our completely artisanal ice cream production at our laboratory, always done with love, time and dedication.
