100% artisanal ice cream

At Paral·lelo we make a wide variety of fresh milk ice creams. From classics such as vanilla, Km.0 pistachio, Km.0 hazelnut, cream or milky chocolate ice cream, to some more original flavours such as black sesame, cream with dulce de leche caramel and salted-candied peanuts, or liquorice. Our ice creams will surprise you for their creaminess and intense flavour.

We make them with fresh milk and cream from local farmers and that really changes everything. From the very first beginning we wanted to work with Km.0 raw materials and so this way we also help to promote the local economy and work with trusted people who we know have products of the highest quality. Said and done, we have been working with them since then and got to know them closely as we like. For all these reasons the ice creams that we make in our lab have nothing to do with those that you can try in other places, because fresh local milk really does the difference!
