Apple Tart is the new winning flavor at the Paral·lelo Open. A cream ice cream with toasted butter, homemade shortcrust pastry and a subtle hint of lemon and cinnamon.

To which we have added, to make our grandmothers envious, seasonal apples in two different textures, oven-baked and caramelized.
