How to savour to the fullest your Paral·lelo ice cream

• Once you have bought your ice cream container, you have 1 hour time to take it home. When you arrive, the ice cream will be at the ideal temperature so that you can enjoy it in perfect conditions. Many ice creams gain in flavour and texture when they are at the correct temperature, and their aroma is maximized.

• If you keep it in the freezer, take it out 1 hour before consuming it and put it in the fridge without removing the lid from the container. About 15-20 minutes before consuming it, leave it out of the fridge at room temperature. It is important to follow these steps instead of taking it out of the freezer directly, because that way the outside of the ice cream would melt very quickly and the inside would be too frozen.

• When serving, moisten the spoon with which you are going to serve the ice cream a little, so that it slides easily and you can place it perfectly onto the plate where you are going to consume it.
• If you are going to serve the ice cream in waffle cones, keep the ones you don’t use in a tin or a covered glass jar, so that they don’t get mushy. We keep them like this so that they are perfectly crispy when we serve the ice creams.
